• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the Platform.

haha 777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of services offered by haha 777, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying haha 777 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

haha 777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

haha 777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at haha 777's discretion.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• haha 777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your haha 777 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your haha 777 account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
• haha 777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• haha 777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

haha 777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

All games available on the haha 777 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and fair. haha 777 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the Platform or any individual player.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager.
• Past game results do not influence or predict future outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made on your account.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, haha 777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly, but cannot guarantee the outcome of interrupted game sessions.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on haha 777's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haha 777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users.

All content on the haha 777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of haha 777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

In no event shall haha 777's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your haha 777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

haha 777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• At the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
